What can you say about such a bold instrument as the Tuba? This instrument is the largest of the brass family and emits the lowest tones. Not many people are brave enough to take on such a bold task, but those who have develop a unique affection for the big brother brass.
The tuba despite being purchased used can still be a very pricey instrument, so dedication to learning or continuing your use of this instrument is a must! You might also find that this instrument is hard to find used, most likely because most musicians hold on to them over the years. I did manage to find though that a used VMI Culbertson/Neptune can cost as much as $6,495.00! Now that’s an investment!
