The tuba despite being purchased used can still be a very pricey instrument, so dedication to learning or continuing your use of this instrument is a must! You might also find that this instrument is hard to find used, most likely because most musicians hold on to them over the years. I did manage to find though that a used VMI Culbertson/Neptune can cost as much as $6,495.00! Now that’s an investment!
